CLGate -> Gateway CANBus-Ethernet

AirOne ->Industrial Thermoregulator

AirOne Wind arose from EL.C.A.’s experience in the Industrial thermoregulator sector, an advanced system of ventilation control in large industrial environments and zoo technical areas such as stables and farms. Individually or completely supplied with an IP55 electrical panel, AirOne regulates the functioning of the ventilation motors 230Vac single phase and 380Vac three phase with power up to 4Hp through a simple and intuitive interface that hides an overall microprocessor control.

TIM4 -> Multifunction timer unit

TIM4 is a quadruple timer with a 230Vac control and an output on relay (1 exchange) of 8A/250Vac. Each of the 4 units is completely independent of the other, allowing the operation of the following functions:

• Time regulation from 1 to 64 minutes
• 4 function modes: 2 single shot and 2 cyclic
• Led to show output condition

They are all available in a 4 unit DIN bar container.

RST1 -> Presence and Sequence Phases Control Unit

The RST1 unit is an electronic device which connects to the three phase feeding line in order to maintain under control not only the presence of the three phase but also its correct sequence. Its main use is to protect operating machinery with three phase motors from an accidental inversion that could make the motors rotate in the opposite direction or from a detachment of a phase which wouldn’t allow them to function properly.

CNT-E01 -> Multifunction Chronotherm

A digital chronotherm for hot and cold functioning, with daily and weekly programming on 16 time slots per day and 2 temperature settings. Antifreeze function. Ignition efficiency. Holiday function (with reactivation date), internal sensor and predisposition for a remote sensor. Automatic daylight saving/solar time change. Entrance alarm for the deactivation timer.  4 Led to report the condition of the system.

MDP-01 -> Multifunction development platform

More often companies are forced to convert their products to support the needs of the market. EL.C.A. meets these needs offering the MDP-01, a multi standard developing platform.
In a 9 unit DIN bar container it includes:

• 7 output on relay
• 3 SELV entries for NTC probes
• 3 SELV entries NA/NC contacts
• 2 0-10Vdc analogical outputs
• 1 0-10Vdc digital output at a variable duty cycle
• Bus RS-485 for Multimaster communication

Everything is assisted by a microprocessor that can operate with up to 6 different selection modes.
