The mounting of PTH components is partly carried out with the use of UNIVERSAL and FUJI automatic inserters, and manually for the completion.
The process of wave soldering is done with machines equipped with technology solutions that guarantee maximum production reliability: an innovative wave, able to solder PTH and SMD components in spot glueing. This guarantees exposure times at high temperatures of the SMD components in spot glueing which are far lesser in respect to the double wave. The reduced heat stress allows for the mounting in spot glueing even for the more delicate SMD components.

The entire soldering process occurs in compliance with the RoHS Standards in an inert atmosphere using nitrogen.
